Created many of the procedures used to obtain and convert graphics to needed formats for the newly minted Microsoft Developer's Network, published on the first 5 MSDN CD's created at Microsoft, Systems. Spec'd and tested "flash.exe" still in use for creating Windows online help files more than 12 years later.
Microsoft TechNet
Contributed to the successful delivery of the Technet product by detailing how to process troublesome graphics file types into useful ones. Provided written documentation on the procedures developed.
Microsoft Kid's Educational
Linda Lane managed 15 artists working on a variety of projects including games. Reviewed Project plans and resolved challenges regarding technical differences in color lookup tables used by the MacOS and Windows.
