"The only thing that sold my house is Linda's vision.

After taking care of foster children for 9 years the first estimate I got "It is lovely to be in," so said Nermal the cat. for the sale of my 3 bedroom house was very low so we called Linda. She designed the interiors, and several friends volunteered to help and four contractors worked on the renovation.

Wow! the team was very proud when we completed it. We removed everything, cleaned, painted, installed new woodwork and 5 new doors, and wallpapered over ugly textured walls in a hallway, changing every room in three floors. Linda mixed the creamy yellow paint color by Dining Room with place settings faced easthand, chose a trim color, and HomeDepot did a custom match.

She changed out all the light fixtures (adding an inexpensive French chandelier!), with new carpet upstairs, and new curtains throughout, some I sewed from fabrics she found. She opened up vistas in the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom by adding mirrors where I had never considered them.

Linda added a few pieces of furniture, including a chair from Goodwill, and to freshen up the dreary basement used Japanese rice paper room Bone china with blue toile wallpaper.dividers! Her "French Country Hobbit" design included reworking and painting some existing furniture, based on my Grandmother's blue and white French toile dish pattern, matched with toile and soft creamy curtains for the dining room and kitchen.

She even found flatware combining the French & Tibetan styles because of the Tibetan rugs I already had custom made for me in India.

The staging she set up was a big selling point, with lots of beautiful fresh fabrics, luminous windows, and well-oiled wood floors. The living room with Tibetan carpets, wood floors, and fresh new curtains.

Working with the volunteer team and contractors Linda took my place from tired and run down, and turned it into a sparkling, pretty, sweet cottage that is open and welcoming. My realtor, Sue Bates-Pintar, saw it before and after, called the transformation 'absolutely AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!'"

Jean F., Engineer, retired Foster Parent

"Linda and her team marched into my two bedroom apartment, and helped me to clean, and organize my lifestyle. Before I had a two bedroom apartment with one room being used as storage. She helped me to clean out those things which I did not need, and minimalize on those things which I did need. Now I have a two bedroom apartment with one bedroom, which is open and well lit, as well as an office from which I conduct my daily work.

Linda helped me understand that my lifestyle requires me to have someone else doing housecleaning. Now my apartment is uncluttered and well layed out, thanks to Linda."

Sean H., Computer Programmer

"I had a back room that was impossible. I needed to use it for an office to see clients but, it was so large, I couldn't see how to create a cozy space. It had a large window that looked right into a neighboring apartment building. Its carpeting was light brown and the wood furniture I had to use in the room included three different shades of brown. It was horrible and I couldn't see any way to fix it.
Gauzy silk material to let in light and soften up the view.
Linda moved the furniture around; helped me pick out a throw rug and curtains (at discount prices); brought in a huge fern (which she carried up three flights) and the room was transformed. She also found a gauzy silk material to let in light but block the view of the apartments.

Everyone comments what a wonderful room this is. I can't say enough about Linda's ability to take what's there and transform it at minimal expense into something extraordinary. She's an artist and a joy to work with."

Virginia J., Therapist

"I moved into a beautiful new apartment but it was so rectangular that it was quite cold looking. Linda added flowing curtains from ceiling to floor, that added elegance, warmth, and beauty to the rooms. This simple addition totally changed the look and feeling of the apartment. Other people in the building can't believe it's the same place. I highly recommend her for inexpensive and elegant solutions."
